While installing the application, I’m told the installer programme is unresponsive/damaged/corrupt?

These are generic AIR installer alerts. You ideally require a minimum of 5GB of free space on your device, for the install to be successful; this reduces to 1.2GB when complete. Additionally, as this is a large application, the install may take more time than you expect. If the issue persists, please feel free to download and install from the links at the bottom of this page.

Are the yearly plans available so that they can be copied, pasted and edited for notes?

Yes, these are available as Word documents, and can be found and downloaded from

The app doesn’t allow me to view all lessons… only a few?

If you have V1·1 of the app, you will need to login with the Username and Password supplied, if not you can only access the contents in Trial mode. Access to the full version of the app should be arranged through your schools CJ Fallon Sales Representative.

My account appears to have been activated on another computer?

If this is the case, please contact the office @ 01 6166 436.

The applications (carousel) presentation of weeks, etc has gone all funny?

You must have installed the ADOBE AIR 23 update. This has a bug that ADOBE are in the process of removing through another update; which is imminent. The immediate resolution is to revert to the version of AIR bundled with the application.

To do so, go to Control panel > Programs and Features > click Adobe Air v23.0.0.257 and ‘uninstall’. Next click here to download and install v22.0.0.153. This should allow Céim ar Cheim to present correctly.



Please ensure Adobe Air is installed on your device (AIR for Windows or Mac OS).
