About the Author
Focus on Life, Community and Work is written by Des Cusack, a highly experienced author and teacher, whose publications include bestselling textbooks for the old LCVP course and for Business Studies at Junior Cycle level. He has an MA in Education and over 30 years’ teaching experience, particularly for the Senior Cycle. As well as doing in-service presentations for the Department of Education and Youth for both the LCVP and Junior Cycle Business Studies courses, Des has extensive experience as an examiner with the State Examinations Commission.
