The Sona ag Léamh Levelled Reading Programme is a dynamic new Irish reading programme developed to foster a love of reading in the Irish language. It is the first Irish levelled reading programme that fully aligns with the demands of the Primary Language Curriculum.
The Sona ag Léamh Levelled Reading Programme is crafted in a modern Irish setting.
- The readers can be used for guided, shared or independent reading.
- The programme is graded to allow for word and comprehension development as pupils progress through the levels.
- Comprised of 5 different books per level and 3 levels per school year, the programme offers exciting age appropriate stories to encourage and stimulate reading.
The Sona ag Léamh Levelled Reading Programme comprises 18 colour-coded levels, with 5 books per level.
A series overview and photocopiable worksheets on each reader will be made available.
